About Me
Hey there, I'm Brian! I've been in the tech space since I graduated in 2017 for the course of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Datamex College of Saint Adeline - Parañaque. While my early professional years gave me a solid understanding of this industry (Call Center Agent and Service Desk Specialist), I found myself increasingly interested in becoming a web developer.
However, in April of 2026 I was caught in a company layoff. But this event gave me the greatest opportunity of my life to go ALL IN to become a Web Developer. Right now, I'm completely focus in learning and improving my web development skills by building meaningful web applications.

- Responsibility: I manage the full lifecycle of service tickets, ensuring precise dispatch for localized client support. As a senior specialist, I lead onboarding initiatives for new hires and develop comprehensive knowledge base documentation to facilitate new service launches. I currently oversee multiple service streams, providing high-level technical guidance to colleagues to maintain operational excellence.

- Responsibility: Delivered comprehensive Tier 1 technical support across phone, email, and chat, resolving complex access, software, and hardware issues. I streamlined resolution timelines by managing high-priority escalations and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in direct collaboration with development teams.

When I'm away from the keyboard, you can find me out on the road as a cyclist or indoor playing my acoustic guitar.
Having played in a band when I was in my college, that experience really is especial as a guitar player.
As a cyclist, I have joined two Audax Events in Subic (200KM and 300KM). These are my two biggest events that I have attended. Aside from joining Audax, I also travel on different cities, some are short and some are long distances.
